How is it trained on my business?
During setup, we work through your services, FAQs, pricing, booking process, and tone of voice. The AI is trained on this information and tested thoroughly before going live.
What happens when the AI can't answer something?

Can I get the AI Employee without the full platform setup?
The AI Employee runs as part of the platform — it needs a working CRM and calendar to book into and log conversations. If you already have the Foundation Platform set up, adding the AI Employee is straightforward. If you're starting from scratch, the Growth AI Setup covers both.
Do I need to be technical to manage this?
Not at all. Once live, you have a dashboard to view conversations and approve responses. We handle everything technical. If your business changes, you let us know and we update the AI.
